ayedo provides support through two major channels:

For subcribers to the DevOps Accelerator we offer additional tools to exchange sensible data and collaborate on code:

ayedo Chat

ayedo provides a community chat based on Rocket.Chat at rc.ayedo.de that you can use with your ayedo account. The #general channel is a great place to post your public questions and support requests.

If you’re a customer of the ayedo DevOps Accelerator and booked one of the accelerated tiers, you will have access to dedicated, private support channels where you can talk to ayedo engineers directly.

ayedo Ticketsystem

ayedo provides a ticketsystem based on Zammad at zammad.ayedo.de that you can use with your ayedo account. You can login with “SAML” to see your own (and your organization’s) tickets with ayedo. From within Zammad you can create a new ticket for our support. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@ayedo.de from the email address you registered with ayedo (note: we do not accept support requests from unknown email addresses).

ayedo GitLab

As customers of our DevOps Accelerator program, you have access to GitLab to collaborate on code with the ayedo team. You can access GitLab once your ayedo account has been reviewed and given the correct access rights.

ayedo Nextcloud

As customers of our DevOps Accelerator program, you have access to Nextcloud to securely share sensible data with the ayedo team. You can access Nextcloud once your ayedo account has been reviewed and given the correct access rights.
